Setting up a rental is a project in itself: a budget to hold, a few hundred items to choose and order, deliveries to receive, and a house to assemble, style, and photograph before the first guest can book. We take the whole thing on, start to finish, so you get one point of contact and one finished property.

A complete setup budget for the property, set with you up front and managed through every selection and order.
A plan and a theme for the whole rental, so it stands out in a feed and reads as one place in person.
We choose, order, and track every piece through our trade-only vendors, and receive it all at our own warehouse.
Our own crew and trucks deliver everything, put every piece in place, and haul away the packaging.
The finishing layer — art, bedding, accessories, and the details guests notice and photograph.
We coordinate the listing photography so the property is shot styled, finished, and at its best.
The Result
At the end you have a furnished, styled, photographed property and what you need to put it on the market. You don’t assemble a bed frame, wait on a delivery, or hang a picture.

Warehouse, Trucks & Crew
We run a 5,000 SF warehouse with our own trucks and our own crew, and we stage homes for sale across the region, so furnishing a whole house on a deadline is work we are already set up for.
