Pre-Approved & Permit-Ready
In select jurisdictions, our designs are pre-approved for construction. In the City of Everett, The Si Plan — a compact ~1,000 SF detached ADU (DADU), 3 bed / 2.5 bath — is approved as a Basic Plan, cleared to build on an expedited permit with no modifications required. Ask us which plans are approved in your jurisdiction.
A note on jurisdictions: not every city allows pre-approved plans — but because each of these designs has already been through permitting once, they’re far easier to permit the next time around. On every project the focus becomes the land development and public works permits required for the site. Reach out for more information.
