Furnishing a home means dozens of orders, vendors, delivery windows, and boxes. We take all of it on — choosing the pieces, managing the budget, placing and tracking every order, receiving it at our warehouse, and installing it in your home.

What’s Included
A furnishing plan and a design theme for the home, so every room reads as part of one idea.
Every piece chosen for the space, sourced through our trade-only vendors.
We set the budget with you and manage the selections and orders against it.

Each order is tracked from purchase through delivery.
Deliveries come to our 5,000 SF warehouse, not your front porch. We receive and hold everything until install.
Our own crew and trucks bring it all to the house and put every piece in place.

Warehouse, Trucks & Crew
Drift also runs a home staging studio, so moving a houseful of furniture is work we are already set up for. Procurement runs on the same warehouse, the same trucks, and the same people.
Your orders are delivered to our warehouse, checked in, and stored there until everything is ready to install.
We own the trucks that bring your furniture to the house, so install day runs on our schedule.
The team that receives your furniture is the team that carries it in and sets it up.
Airbnb & Short-Term Rentals
For Airbnbs and short-term rentals, we handle the design, the budget, and the full setup — from an empty house to one that’s furnished and ready for guests.
How It Works
We agree on the scope, the theme, and the number you want to stay within.
We choose the furniture and present it for your approval.
We place the orders and follow each one through to delivery.
Everything arrives at our warehouse and is held there until install.
We deliver, place every piece, and haul away the packaging.

If we’re already designing your home — in person or through Virtual Design — procurement picks up where the selections leave off.
About Virtual DesignOn its own
You don’t need a design package to use this service. Procurement is available by itself, furniture selections included.
